How to use the ThingWorx Edge Android SDK

Tell me, where can I find up-to-date instructions for working with the ThingWorx Edge Android SDK?
What is currently available from ptc resources:

2. Why is there not a single live resource where you can understand how to use the Android SDK with ThingWorx?
3. in the presented package ThingWorx Edge SDK: Android SDK does not exist, although the guide says that it is based on the JAVA-SDK, but where are all these things that are presented for example in the guide?
