HTTP Integration Connector Examples / Questions

Hi All

Hope somebody can help me. I am tossing up whether to write my own Thing or use the HTTP integration example. 

I have read the documentation here and it doesn't really answer many of my questions

How do I add headers?

Can headers be dynamic (e.g. thing calls the HTTP connector with different properties)

Can Query String be dynamic?

How should URL be structured?

Which logs contain the HTTP integration errors?

I am looking for an experience similar to postman.
