I have small requirement which calculates cost analysis for unplanned Downtime of a machines

Hi,

I need to implement(using thingworx) a dashboard for below scenario , what entities we should have. 

Web based dashboard application will be developed with the following features

1. Machine ON time.
2. Machine OFF time.
3. Uptime
4. Notification downtime via SMS or Email
5. Cost Analysis

6. Acknowledgement Message

Could you help me how we can achieve this considering we have static data for now
