I've created an account, I've granted it permissions, but it still won't run.Why? Please help.

Are you trying to create a new user account and it is failing?

I'm trying to run the mashup program with a non-administrator account, but the run screen is blank!

    You didn't explain what you want to do, so I assume it is editing a mashup?

    You would have to give design time privileges.

    Probably also access to some other objects/collections, might be easiest to put your user into Developers group.
