Idle Session Timeout

In Thingworx version 8.4.4, Idle Session Timeout (min) can be set up to 1440 minutes (24 hours)?

According to this answer "... you could set it to a very long time", so there should be no problem setting it to 1440 minutes.

I figured out that till 8.5.5 versions, idle timeout is not working if we set the time more than 30 mins. And that bug got fixed in 8.5.6 it seems. So my version is 8.4.2. That is the reason i asked whether the version 8.4.2 will work if it set more than 30 mins or not?? This version is also having bug or not?

Hi @AP_9587236.

 

ThingWorx 8.4.4 is no longer supported.  It's recommended that you upgrade. ThingWorx 8.5 is currently supported but that support ends on September 26, 2021, therefore, you should consider one of the 9.x releases.  The latest is 9.2.1.
