importing THINGWORX Real-Time Production Performance Monitoring

HI, I'm having trouble with importing Thingworx Real-Time Production Performance Monitoring (Please help) 

I've followed the guide on how to install the extension, everything imported correctly up to where i now need to now install the mnfgCommon_Extension Zip but every time i try to import it, the system throw's an error stating the following: 

MnfgCommon_Extension:3.2.1Import Failed: Thing Template PTC.SCA.SCO.MnfgCommonMSSQLThingTemplate has an invalid thing package []
