In Filter widget, how to pass OR condition as default ?

I don't think that this is possible as of now.

As we enabled AND/OR condition in filter widget, i want to know

1. how to pass OR / AND condition based on few criterias. (Or)

2.  how to make OR condition as default in this filter widget.? On mashup loading, I want OR condition to be set instead of default AND condition.
