Industrial connector is not working any more

I am using FTHistorian ThingWorx Configuration to connect Osi Pi Historian to ThingWorx it was running fine on friday but on monday it was disconnected I investigated and found the following problem.
the service Factory Talk Historian ThingWorx Connector is not running and can't be started.
if I tried to start it I am getting the messages in the attachment.
does anybody know how to fix it?
