Installation Error Thingworx foundation 8.5 keystore

I’m using a Windows 2019 Server, I have installed Java 1.8.0_231, I have tomcat installed, and I have created the keystore.

Running through the installer, when it gets towards the end, I then get the error below about failure to configure keystore.

Error: "A problem occurred during installation that may cause an unsuccessful installation. Failed to configure installation keystore."

Windows Server 2019 is not currently supported. Please refer to these instructions for system requirements.
