internal error 1 when viewing mashup on a samsung tv

Hi,

we are using samsung tvs to view dashboards made with thingworx.

Our TVs are now not loading the mashup anymore and are getting the error "internal exception 1".

The mashups can also not be viewed in the designer.

The cache has been deleted and everything that can be resetted has been.

We are using the version 9.3

An article introduced several possible workarounds for the "internal exception 1" error, please try it fist.

if none worked, I suggest you to open a case, attach the screenshot of Mashup View page error and Thingworx log files when issue occurred.

Are you just using the TV as a display? Or are you actually running a browser on the TV?
