"Internal Server Error" while opening Monitoring-->Applicationlog

when i Open Application log in monitoring am getting an error called "Internal server error".

I have mentioned the correct code in tomcat->java option.Then as well am getting that error.

 

-Duser.timezone=UTC

-Dserver -Dd64

-XX:+UseG1GC

-Dfile.encoding=UTF-8
