Configuring the Thingworx azure IoT hub connector requires creating a blob storage, should this storage account be Hot or Cold Storage?

Best answer by GuruPrasad1

Hi

Got the answer in the installation guide available at developer portal.

https://developer.thingworx.com/en/resources/guides/install-azure-iot-hub-connector/configure-azure-iot-hub

Go To Step 2:

Answer: The azure blob storage should be Hot Tier.

It says "NOTE: Select Blob storage as the account type and the Hot Access Tier".

@GuruPrasad1  I believe it depends on the use case/requirement/budget to go for any specific Azure blob storage type i.e. hot or cold.  Is there any specific use case you have and can share details?

As such, there is no restriction to use any specific storage type which I know and can refer the help center details as well for details  -
