Is it possible to create a custom trigger in Thingworx flow?

How can I create a custom trigger in Thingworx flow, like MQ subscripber trigger?

It's not a polling or webhook trigger.

If there is a service which calls it in THingworx call the service in the flow and connect to MQTT subscriber.
