Is that correct that some Thingworx services stopped?

I have Thingworx 8.4 installed on a Windows server machine and it looks works fine. But I noticed some services stopped. I have attached the screen shot with these services. Can anyone help explain if this is acceptable?

Hi,

 

It depends how you installed Thingworx.

Usually , if Tomcat and DB is stopped, Thingworx would not work.

Try to refresh services, are these really corresponding to your Platform?

Please check/attach Application.log to look for potential errors.

    Thanks for response. Yes that's what I am using. I installed Thingworx foundation at first. Then I installed Thingworx for Manufacturing Application.
