Is there any documentation on the new Platform subsystem GetPropertyWriteReport service?

I presume the introduction of the "GetPropertyWriteReport" service in TW 7.3.0 is for total system wide telemetry and metering for license compliance, and the release notes describe it capturing all property writes, but it doesn't seem to do this on an actual installed instance of 7.3.0 Neo version. Is there any documentation around this service and how to use it?

Andrew, the GetPropertyWriteReport does indeed track all (remote, local, persistent and in-memory) property writes. It updates every hour (that's hardcoded), so if you check immediately after changing/ writing a value it won't reflect/ update the count.
