Issue while creating Profiles

hi

i am using ATE on windows.

today i am trying to creating Profiles for a model. but ther is no response after i click "submit".

i first consider it a delay, but when i check the application logs in ThingWorxMonitor, i found it an issue.

it seems that should be attached to java configuration, but i don't know how to slove it.
