Issues in app upgrade to Thingworx 9

We are seeing lot of issues upgrading Thingworx app from 8.5 to 9. Our shop floor users still use Microsoft Edge legacy and IE 11 browser. Thingworx 9 does not have any official support for these browsers. 

Is there any workaround ?

Hi @PreetiGupta.

 

Unfortunately, if you are experiencing issues with unsupported browsers, there is no workaround short of either upgrading or switching to a supported browser per the requirements detailed here.  Legacy browsers are no longer supported due to security ramifications, among other issues.
