it always asks me to uninstall previous installation of thingWorx-foundation

I want to install thingworx foundation on windows 10. but it it always asks me to uninstall previous installation of thingWorx-foundation.  Actually, i have uninstalled the previous. how can check if i uninstall completely?

The steps in https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS314780 should help, especially the sc delete command.
