Java: InfoTable addRow of ValueCollection puts empty

as the picture,i am trying to add one row number to an infotable ,but the row always setvalue null,

What am I doing wrong or making a wrong assumption on setvalut to a row?

the thingworx sdk is version 7.1.0

thanks for your answer, i import the sdk of version 6.X to solved the problem
