JSON Issue

I get above error.Is it due to extension or any other issue.

Can you please elaborate a bit more about the issue?

This may occur due to various reasons:

1. due to extensions.

2. due to connectivity failure between Axeda and ThingWorx

3. due to wrong configuration of headers in Windchill.
