Left menu Comes to center of mashup after session timeout

Hi,

 

This is strange and I am not able to reproduce the issue but one of the user sees this behavior where left menu works perfectly fine on Microsoft edge. Sometimes when he leaves his system idle for 10-15 mins he sees left menu comes in center of the page and it doesn't go away even with refresh. 
Surprisingly when he copies the URL and paste in chrome he sees same behavior there too. Can anyone share the thoughts if they have come across similar thing before.

Hi @BABA-SHYAM 

 

When you say the system goes idle for 10 - 15 minutes, what is actually happening?  Is the computer going to sleep?  If so, is the problem related to the resolution not rendering properly once it wakes up? 

 

Does this happen with other mashups?  Can you re-size the window and have it recover?

    Hi,

     

    As of now it happens only on one mashup only. However all mashup uses same master mashup. When user locks the system and come back after some time 5-10 mins this screen behave same. It has a collapsible container.

    Hi @BABA-SHYAM

     

    You indicated this issue affects 1 user and 1 mashup, but doesn't occur when the user is using Edge.  Which browser is he using when the problem occurs?  Which version of the browser is he using?  Is the browser out of date?
