Hi,
hoping someone might have a solution to a problem we are having when applying the license bin file on startup for a linux server. It looks like it gets the license file, but fails to start up. We are running the start up as root to test.
Below is the errors we see in the application log

For the benefit of others on the community, this issue was the result of permissions changes.  The issue was resolved by reapplying the permissions documented in the ThingWorx installation guide (Ubuntu).

@khayes1 Per the errors in application logs, I came across these two articles, thought would be helpful for you to refer

If you license file is named license.bin, please rename it to license_capability_response.bin. This is required for ThingWorx 8.1 and later.

The file is already named license_capability_response.bin. The Storage anchor break issues looks to be causing the problem - unclear what that means
