Limit access to mashup

What is best practice to allow only 1 or 2 users to access a specific mashup? We have Organizations -> Everyone, and multiple User Groups, controlled by groupGenie.

But I want to limit access to only 1 or 2 people.

There is a visibility permission for entities ,where Organization or Organization unit can be added to give visibility permissions to users for particular mashups .In every organization you can add user/user groups .On the basis of added organization only the users/user groups under that organization will be able to see that mashup.

So I need to create a new organization just for this one user for single mashup?

Yes, If you have this kind of use case because for visibility of mashup entity we have this provision only .
