Mashup builder taking much time to save the changes

Hi All,

 

Recently we upgraded our Thingworx platform from 8.4 to 9.1.3. In the newer version, To save any changes made in mashups opened in mashup builder, Thingworx takes at least 40 seconds. I don't see any performance issue during runtime.

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi,

 

Is it reproducible on multiple client computers?

Is it reproducible on server computer? (logging into composer with localhost)

Which browser did you use? Have you tried other browsers?

Will clearing the browser cache help?

Is the issue specific to certain mashups or even adding a single widget to an empty mashup and it will take that much time to save?
