Hi All

 

My Mashup Design page is stuck on loading loop. Although I am able to preview and view my Mashup but not able to open the Design page.

Is there a way around it, need help

Can you please add the ThingWorx version you are using (including patch number) and browser name and version?

If you clear the cache / open a private window, is this happening again?

    Hi

     

    Clearing the cache worked, but its strange never happened before. What could possibly be the reason behind it?

    It never happened for me before, so we're in the same boat.

    I don't really know the reason, but from time to time, very rarely though I see such behavior also in other websites.

    I might have been that the browser would corrupt the cache on close from time to time...who knows.
