mashup not loading in edit mode

The mashup is not loading in edit mode in thingworx. what may be the possible reasons?

Hi @sonali.

 

Possibly a permissions issue?  Have you checked the logs for more information?  Have you tested it under the Administrator account?

Did you install the TWX with Navigate 1.9 installer?  If so, that's a bug related to Style Theme object
