Hi everyone,

 

I downloaded this file and installed it, but when I type 0.0.0.0:8081/Thingworx,

I can not use account: Administrator  password:admin to access.

Anybody knows why?

Hello,

 

The login prompt looks correct, where I am in doubts is the credentials.

Were these credentials mentioned specifically in a guide you followed?

If yes, please share the guide with me or provide me with a link to verify.

If not, you can find the default credentials in the Thingworx Installation guide for 8.2 linked below, to the page of interest:

Let me know if you still encounter any problems or if you're able to successfully login.
