Menu Style or icon changes when mouse hover and tilts the menu.

Hi,

I saw a thingworx demo project where they have kept menu's for each navigation. On mouse hover it tilts and shows different menu beautifully.I tried to do it with menu or navigation button but am not able to achieve it. Please help me on How can I achieve this requirement.
