Menu Widget on Mobile

Hi,

Menu scrolling doesn't work on touch screen devices. Menu widget cannot be scrolled both horizontally and vertically when using the application on Touch screen devices (mobile phones, iPad, etc.). Does anyone got a solution to it or is it a feature that must be added to the product?

Kindly confirm your ThingWorx version and look at the below article for configuring mashup for mobile.

Hello @suraj_visvesh ,

 

What version of ThingWorx are you using? I believe this issue was reported in lower than 9.3.

I am using version 9.3.9.
Surprisingly, I could test the scroll on dev tools in the browser, but it does not work on touch screens. Let me know if you have any work around for this.
