Migrate data from PostgreSQL to Cassandra

How to migrate our data provider from PostgreSQL to Cassandra? Our TX 8 application is having default persistence provider for model and run-time data. Keeping performance in mind we wanted to migrate our existing thingworx application data provider to Cassandra. Pl assist on the below queries,

1. How to migrate from postgreSQL to cassandra? Is it possible?

2. Is there document available?

3. Hoping services needs to be update in order to cassandra? Any suggestions plz.
