My team migrated the mashup to from dev to prod. All functions work; however, the widget border is not the same. The left image is on prod, and there is the border line on it. The right image is on dev, and you can see there is clear on blue part.
Our dev and prod server are using the same version 8.5.1. Could you help us troubleshoot this issue?

Are the images you provided each from the same machine running the same browser? If so, try clearing the cache to see if that resolves the issue.
Also, validate that all extensions are the same version between the two systems. If you have any 3rd party libraries on one that don't exist on the other, this could cause a difference in behavior.
For troubleshooting, you could export the mashup from Prod and import it on Dev with a different name to see if the behavior follows.
If you continue to have issues, please provide the mashup so we can take a look.
