Migration Error when Upgrading thingworx from 8.5.6 to 9.1 using in place guide

Error when I follow step 3 of the f section on this guide and run the file 'thingworxMssqlModelTablesDataUpdate.bat'

Error:

Migration failed at applicationkey_model.[expirationDate]. Rolling back the entire transaction.
Error message: Invalid object name 'applicationkey_model'.
