MQTT configuration tab does not appear

Hello everyone, 

 

I am using MQTT extension in  Thingworx and I have the problem lately that I don't get or see the configuration tab in any of the entities that is using one of the extension's templates. I updated the extension to the latest version which is 3.0.1 and I tried different things in the permission but none of them worked. Any idea how to solve the problem?

Hi @MB_10396356 

 

I'm able to see Configuration Tab in my Thingworx Instance

Try to upgrade to the latest version 3.1.0 and restart Thingworx instance (including DB) once

thank you for the response!

 

Actually It is the MQTT_Extension version 3.1.0 that I am using and Thingworx 9.2.8.

I start the TWX from the tomcat directly, how would you restart it with the DB?

It works with 9.2 also
