Hello, is there any method to publish a new representation of a positioning assembly via thingworx flow routine?

Actually, it's not an issue related to thingworx, but an issue about how to get the full content of a positioning assembly representation by using GetPVZ endpoint from Windchill PDMLink.
Suggest you raise a case/ticket to the Windchill team. By the way, after some investigation, I found below information which shows that it's a known issue and is under investigation by R&D
