I did raise a case regarding licenses renewal 4 days back but no response yet. Anyone from the Product tem can help me in this matter? Its really urgent.

This a a community forum. If you need attention on your case, you can talk to your Customer Success Manager, your PTC Sales Rep or Partner Manager, but the easiest would be to escalate the case, there should be a button for it in the case viewer.

I know ​@Rocko  and I was a little hesistant to post here but I have seen presence of concerned folks here in the developers community and thought If I‘d get their attention to expedite it, as its impacting the business.
