Not able to edit or create new action in Thingworx Flow

Hi,

 

We have Thingworx flow installed, suddenly we are not able to create or edit action Action in Thingworx flow.

Hi @raluca_edu 

 

I have solved the issue. It is due to tomcat version, we upgraded to tomcat 9.0. 

 

Now we are able to create or update Flow.

Hi,

 

Did you change something? Maybe vhost-flow.json ?

Please try to restart Flow service from Services and also Tomcat(Thingworx) service.

 

After this, if it is not solved, please attach Flow logs (you can try command pm2 logs).

Hi @raluca_edu 

 

No I didn't make any changes to Thingworx or Thingworx flow.

 

PFA the log files and also found below error in inspection window

But when I try to call service using postman I'm not getting any error. PFB PNG

Please can you attach <Tomcat>\webapps\Thingworx\WEB-INF\web.xml file?

Did you add/modified web.xml file with any setting?
