Not able to enable Directory service entity

Hi,

I am trying to connect LDAP with Thing Worx using Apache directory studio. I am not able to enable Directory service entity. After enabling and saving the entity it becomes disabled again. I have attached the configuration images below. Can anybody tell me where I am making a mistake? any help would be very much appreciated.
