Not able to generate PDF report for D3PieChart widget in PDF Extension CreatePDF Service

Hi,

I am using the PDF extension to send out pdf reports.

For D3PieChart widget not able to generate pdf report by using Create PDF service. 

Output of Create PDF service: Getting Blank screen only for D3PieChart widget.

 

Please provide some idea?

Hi @NERaj.

 

Unfortunately, the PDF Extension you are using is not supported by ThingWorx R&D and has only been tested against the versions indicated on the Marketplace.

 

You will need to create your own extension if you require the extension to behave differently from the one provided on the Marketplace.
