Thank You @raluca_edu ,

Resolved the issue

After giving visibility Permission to organization containing user for the following entities.

1- PlatformSubsystem

2- BaseTheme

3- dropdownArrow

4- EntityService

Now it works fine.

Best Regards!

Hi,

Please grant access rights for that user on Things Collection/Mashup:

  • Runtime EventSubscribe
  • Runtime ServiceInvoke

Hope it helps,

Raluca Edu

Thank You @raluca_edu ,

Now that error in Application Logs has been resolved.

But ....

I'd like to see the mashup set as HomeMashup of the user, Gave the visibility and run time permission of things included in mashup to the user, but not able to see the mashup.

And seeing following message

[message: Entity Not Found : [PlatformSubsystem]]

Gave the organization visibility permission to PlatformSubsystem

solved ---> [message: Entity Not Found : [PlatformSubsystem]]

Now Getting --> [message: Entity Not Found : [Base Theme]]

Thank You!
