Not authorized for ServiceInvoke on GetImplementingThings

I am getting this error on version 4.0 Thingworx for a particular user.  Can someone give me insight into possible reasons?

    Hello, hopefully you did indeed find it, but if not, the first thing I would check are the collection permissions for Things and ThingTemplates. The collection permissions are the ones specified by the gold lock icon next to those categories in the Composer navigation bar (on the left side when you hit the home button). Hope this helps!
