Open Mashup - 404 Entity Not Found

Hi all,

 

I created a master mashup and there is a menu with four options, each option open a different mashup.

But when I click to open a mashup the message below appears:

Every mashups are Responsive Advanced

 

Can someone help me?

I was able to resolve it through of this guide

The problem was the mashup's name.

The first thing I would check is the user permissions. Entities in ThingWorx show as 404 when the logged in user doesn't have permission to view them. What user are you viewing Runtime from, and does this user have correct viewing privileges on those entities?

I am using administrator user.

 

I was able to realize that when I to configure the menu with "replace page" the message appears.

 

However, when I to configure the menu with "new page" it works ok.
