Open tablet PC camera when button clicked

Hi,

Is it possible to trigger the tablet PC camera when a button is clicked? Is there any service that can be used to achieve this use case?

I have looked at the documentation and do not believe the feature you are looking for is a part of the product.

In looking at the knowledge base I found Article - CS291777 - Trigger camera/scanner on mobile/tablet device to read QR code in ThingWorx.

This article suggest the creation of an extension to ThingWorx.
