organization button disable

Hi,

I am using ThingWorx 8.2. When I create a new organization, though I have given the button style In my runtime the button style becomes disable and shows in some other color. But the organization I created previously is working fine. My colleague faces the same issue. Could anyone help me in understanding why this happens and how can I resolve this?
