Password reset not working

I've set up a password mail reset server (which is successfully sending emails when I've tested it independently). However, when I try to reset a password from the organization log in page, I am sent to a page "portal.organization.com/Thingworx/action-confirm-creds" that is completely blank. Any insights as to what the problem might be?

Hi Gloria,

I realise it has been a while, but I wondered if you ever resolved this issue. I am having exactly the same issue with the password reset.

Alternatively if someone knows the answer that would be helpful.
