I have tested it and the only way that worked for me to show the full text of the legend was to select LegendOrientation as Vertical instead of Horizontal.

Thanks for your swift response. 

The legend orientation is already set in vertical. But still this occurs.

I tried it on 8.5.7 and its working fine for me.
