Pingfed authentication issues after updating licenses

we would need some more details regarding "authentication issues". Are they in ThingWorx? Or PingFederate? Did authentication work before? What is the issue? Is there some error message?

As you updated PingFederate license I assume issue in PingFederate? Maybe in the PingFederate logs you can find an error?

• What is the error message you are getting while authenticating ThingWorx Platform?
• Please provide the logs from the following locations:
  • /pingfederate/log/server.log
  • /ThingworxStorage.logs.Securitylog.log
