Hi @AK_10547708 ,

PTC does not provide any supported Print Extension widget. Can you tell us where did you get that widget from and how it works?

I'm personally not sure how that widget works in order to offer an advice for how to change the background color.

From a ThingWorx perspective you can always change the Mashup's Style that contains the background color (and change the underlying container's background color to none), but I'm assuming you already tried that and it does not work, right?
