Problem installing thingworx trial version on Windows

Hi,

 

I am trying to install Thingworx Foundation Trial version. I have installed java JDK and set system variable. But I am still getting error. Please find the attached image.

Hi @Sri1.

 

You are running an unsupported version of java.  We only support java 8.

 

Please let me know if you have additional issues.

Which version of the Java JDK was installed?  Did you validate the system requirements before running the installer?

Java version: 14.0.2 64-bit (Have attached the image for your reference)  

We have meet the system requirements

Hi @Sri1 

Whether your related  Trial License has been expired？ Please check the installation logs for more information:

  • Linux: /tmp/bitrock_installer.log
  • Windows: C:\Users\Username\Appdata\Local\Temp\bitrock_installer.log
