Problem with sending email with Email Extensions

With my Thingworx Platform 8.3 and Email Extensions 3.6.0, I can't send a single email with the error message as follows.

 

If someone could help me, I would be so grateful.

Hello @XJ_9993206 

 

As per the error you are getting "need EHLO and Auth first" .It seems the issue might be with the authentication for mailbox.

Can you please cross verify that and it would be great if you could share the screenshot of your configuration here.

Thank you very much for your reply. But I am wondering what you meant by the authentication for mailbox. This is the screenshot of my Management Extensions.

And I also want to note that today after I entered the Thingworx Platform and used MailServer to send Email, the error message was different from what I've got yesterday. The error message is seen as follows.
