process to get a hosted thingworx foundation server

Hello,

I had a trial server account for thingworx hosted server instance.

However, now I want to host a poc for a long time and not a limited period(which is offered in trial versions)

Kindly suggest the correct process to get an account hosted by thingworx instance.

If my free trail for ThingWorx server is over, can i still continue purchase for the license ?

As I have no means to retrieve my device id.
